The towers of Ildurath: The Eldritch Tower

The Eldritch Tower is home to the Calan’Amir, the faction within Ildurath dedicated to advanced magical theory and practice. Ahn’shalaeria Gnos, former Factol of the Trancendent Order and Sha’andr’s betrothed, sits at the head of this tower. Admittance into the Eldritch Tower is by invitation only.

The tower itself is built over the former site of Durlag’s Tower, and was constructed in part to house and protect a planar touchstone that was found to exist in the area.

The activities of the Eldritch Tower are unknown to most of the populace of Ildurath, including many of the students and teachers. Every once in awhile rumors will emerge about some magical theory that has been developed, or some arcane secret that has been unlocked. But other than those few occurrences, the occupants of the tower keep largely to themselves.
